Wristbands are required at this complex and must be worn at all times. They are free for guests except for Spring Break and Holy Week. During Spring Break/Holy Week, wristbands are $40 each to be paid at the office IN CASH when submitting your information upon arrival for your parking permits. There is an ATM down the street from the condos.

**There is a $60 replacement fee for bracelets and parking passes not left in the unit. **

We suggest packing insect repellent spray and citronella candles for outdoor use during your stay.

Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors.     The AC did not work all weekend during our stay. They attempted to fix however it was not able to be fixed. The shower and bathroom had mold. There were roaches in the kitchen.

    I was rejected my initial review for telling the truth. Concerns with security” on property. The man who checks over the pool in the evenings is highly disrespectful and unprofessional. Lots of inappropriate starting from him. The floors need serious cleaning. The beds need to be replaced, very uncomfortable. There was also an incident of unprofessionalism from that same staff “security” member who got into an altercation with a guest. The staff member was screaming at the guest, who was at the pool, and followed guest to his room. I was terrified for myself and my children. The manager of the HOA was also trying to deescalate the staff member but was unable. The obscenities that came out of the staff member shouldn’t have occurred.

    The Condo was very outdated. The bathroom is in need of major repairs. The kitchen was very poorly equipped. Even though it sleeps 8, there were 4 plates, bowls and saucers. Also just 4 forks, knifes and spoons. Nothing to cook in the oven with. No cooking utensils except 2 spatulas. The wall decor was so old I think it you touched it, it would fall apart. The couch is and beds are worn out. The chairs on the balcony were broken and it took over a week to get new ones. There is no screen on the sliding glass door. The bathtub is very worn out and the ceiling looks like it is ready to fall down. The steps to the beach is really a 5 minute walk through two busy parking lots. I would never recommend this condo. The add didn't mention the the pool is not heated, it was way too cold to use.

    Great location, clean apartment style place on 2nd floor, really close to the beach. Nice balcony with a great view. Parking pass provided. Easy entry with a secure door code, and all amenities needed. Thanks!

    Room was fine. Contacted VACASA about AC it continued to have problems keeping up when the temperature was up the entire time. Mattress is a little outdated. Location was excellent and had everything needed for our stay.
