This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom multilevel home is the perfect family rental that will leave both, the kids and the adults happy. This unit is one of three in the building. The home has a large flat screen Streaming TV in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. A King size bed in the Master Bedroom and two Queen size beds in Bedroom #2. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is a washer and dryer vertical center conveniently located in the home. The Master bedroom has French door openings to the balcony overlooking the back patio and swimming pool area. Other amenities include WiFi throughout the property. Parking on the driveway for two vehicles (one behind the other one) brbrThere are patio chairs in both, the back balcony and in the pool area. There is also a portable charcoal grill, and a round concrete table and benches, with a beach umbrella to enjoy an outdoor BBQ with a cold beverage.brThe wonderful SPI beach is only a short walk away. It is about one block from the public beach access. The property is just a few steps away from Padre Boulevard, and within walking distance to several very good, such as PadreRita Grill and Black Beards, two of my favorites! brbrEnjoy the vast cuisine selection in SPI, or cook your own meals. The kitchen has most of the basics, but if you like to cook, please bring your favorite spices. Bath towels and one set of linens per bed are provided. You also get a startup-kit with some essentials, but we recommend you bring beach gear, including towels, additional everyday supplies and personal toiletries! brbrThe island also has a lot of family oriented fun activities. There is a table and chairs on the balcony, and you can enjoy some snacks or a nice meal while enjoying a gorgeous view of the beach and the Saida Tower amenities. In our dining area, there is a table that seats six. Gather the family around the table for a nice meal or take-out from one of the many local eateries. Our fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Visit the local grocery, The Blue Marlin, and whip up your family's favorite meal. After a long day at the beach and visiting the great local attractions, come on back and shower off in one of our 2 bathrooms. Then you and the family can drift off to sleep in one of two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the guest bedroom features 2 full-sized beds. There is also a sofa sleeper located in the living area. Living room has all new rattan sofa ,love seat and beautiful beach themed decor, plus a 65 inch HD LCD TV newly installed. Ceiling fans /lights are in every room.
