Uniquely has en suite full bathrooms off each bedroom plus a half bath off living room. Couch does NOT pull out. The south end of the Island is where all the entertainment is located. The south end is also great as it helps you avoid busy weekend traffic delays.brbrThis property is walking distance to the new Holiday Inn Beach Resort that has 2 restaurants open to public, as well as next door is Beach Park SPI, formerly known as Schlitterbahn WaterparkbrbrWhile Gulfview II (and it's sister property Gulfview I) are not beachfront, there is an EZ beach access located due north of the Holiday Inn that is convenient and totally walkable with a wagon with your beach gear.brbrGulfview has arguably the best pool area not on the beach, while the pool is not heated the hot tub is. It also has about half a dozen built in BBQ charcoal grills that are first come/first serve use right off the pool with a shaded dining area with plenty of picnic tables. This is one of the main reasons guests love this property.brbrThe condo itself is on the 4th floor and the property does have an elevator. While the condo is not a brand new renovation - we think you will really like it - it is super clean and functional in every way. The kitchen has all the basic amenities you will need for quick meal preps for your family. brbrWhile we allow up to 6 guests, understand this space really isn't adequate for 6 adults. A couple with kids it is perfect for however. or a small group of friends that don't mind sharing a bedroom. The pull out couch in living room does allow for more space than just the 2 double beds in the 1 bedroom, FYI brbrWe do provide a double sized airbed with pump, though please bring extra bedding if you do want to use it. Many kiddos for yours to play withbrbr*Washer/Dryer + Wifi. brbr*Must read & agree to all house rules prior to bookingbrThis is a great 3rd floor two bedroom condo with a super floor plan for families as you enter the unit the center is the living room and kitchen with patio overlooking pool, tennis courts and view of the ocean. Flanked to the left is the master bedroom with an en suite full bathroom. To the right of the living area is the 2 bedroom which as 2 queen beds.brbrMany recent updates as of Apr 2022brbrAt this time, we have not yet fully renovated kitchen but rest is lots new and totally functionable for a great beach vacation! brbr The master bedroom has a king bed, there is a small sofa too that a child could sleep on (bring extra bedding). We do provide a queen sized airbed as well for the living room just in case though there is a sleeper sofa out there anywaybrbrThe living DOES HAVE a 70 inch flat screen to watch the game or fun cuddly movies with the kiddos after a long day at the beach. The eat in counter just begs for breakfast taco bar in the ams...speaking of which the kitchen is fully equipped for meal prep for your family. While it has granite, the appliances work perfect but are not new stainless. Did you say who cares Exactly.brbrThe 3rd does afford an ocean view and is great for morning coffee, reading, or just enjoying a glass of wine or margaritas after a long drive down.brbrThis condo is located in the 5th tower of Saida, called the Royal Beach & Tennis Club. Formally all timeshares, there are now many individually owned units such as this unit 9038/39. We havent a clue what the 9 is for as it is truly a 3rd floor.brbrHigh speed Wifi works great as well as the new Roku tv. The property has 3 pools, 1 of which is heated plus 3 Texas sized outdoor hot tubs that are always hot. brbrThe property has use of tennis courts, shuffle board, and a bar/grill that is open most weekends if you just dont feel like venturing out. brbrWhy Saida is so fantastic is the location! On the South End of the Island as you cross the causeway which means less fighting traffic. The property is walkable to an easy 10 restaurants, including #1 on yelp and trip advisor Yummies, plus Kohnami Japanese & Sushi (not to be missed) Russo Italian, cheap, great pizza and also wine and gluten free selections plus Johnny Rockets. Gabriellas more upscale dinner Italian, Torpical Smoothie cafe for wraps, and just nearly walkable Pier 19 that is home to THE BEST Grilled or Blackened Snapper on the island as well as more than superb breakfast easy #2 on island after. Yummies.brbrHeads up - this condo is NOT brand new, completely redone. It doesn't have a sweeping view of ocean nor bay....but....as our family has, we CAN guarantee you memories that will last a lifetime in a very, very clean condo that will leave you in need of nothing. brbrPlease be alerted to the fact that you need to read the house rules prior to booking, understand and agree to all. It is within walking distance from the beach, a Super Market, souvenir shops, and island entertainment. br brTop Half of HomebrTop half has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, comfortable living room, full kitchen & dining area, and front & back covered balconies. brThe master bedroom has a king size bed and a master bathroom. This master bedroom has a comfortable sofa chair to relax as you look out the back balcony. It has French doors that lead out to this back balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk-in closet. The kids' bedroom has a twin bed and a bunkbed. The living area is very spacious to entertain family. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic amenities and is next to the dining area which has French doors leading to the back balcony. In this spacious and long back balcony, the family has access to the pool and grill area downstairs using the outside spiral staircase which leads to the bottom. The upstairs has a washer and dryer too.brbrBottom Half of HomebrBottom half has two bedrooms, a bonus room to the master, two bathrooms, comfortable living room, and a full kitchen & dining area. This lower level has easy access to the backyard swimming pool and charcoal grill.brThe remodeled master has a queen bed, new bathroom and a bonus room with a futon. It is a perfect quiet space to retreat and relax. This room leads out the swimming pool and patio area. The new guests’ bedroom is large with two queen beds and lounging space. It has its own dedicated A/C unit for independent climate control. The living room is comfortable to enjoy watching T.V. and playing games. The kitchen is fully equipped with its basic amenities. The dining area looks out to back covered patio. It too has French doors leading out to the backyard. The backyard has a swimming pool, charcoal grill with an outdoor sink for outdoor cooking or fish cleaning station for those who enjoy fishing. Just like the top it has a utility room with a washer and dryer. Our home has sufficient parking in the front. Our home has outdoor staircases to access the top and the bottom from the front or the back of the house. No inside staircase. brbr*Base rate is up to eight guests.
