Stayed Dec 16, 2025Great holiday memories were made here! However, condo was run down - simple upgrades could make it cleaner and more welcoming - there were teeny tiny ants in the kitchen - I think there was mold in the ceiling above the dining room table. Check in and out was easy - location on the beach was exactly what we were looking for.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025Extremely unhappy, we killed three roaches & had to hide all of the food in the microwave because ants were everywhere. Mildew made allergies awful. Old sofas & patio funature are too uncomfortable to sit on and filthy. The downstairs neighbors partied so loudly it was impossible to sleep until I had to call the police at 2:30 a m. because the 1 guard was the only one on duty in the guard shack and could not leave his post. The swimming pools are filthy. I have stayed at Saida too many times to count, but will never be back. The view of the beach is tbe only good feature

Stayed Jul 16, 2025Great space for a family of 6. The master bedroom and bathroom smelled like sewage. This needs to be addressed as well as the amount of sugar ants around the kitchen.

Stayed Mar 30, 2025Nice property and great location. The condo itself was clean and while the beds were new and comfortable, the rest of the furniture was a little outdated. Could really use a new coffee pot. The hot plate on it was rusted but still workable. Also had to use bottled water for coffee because the tap water had a funky taste. The elevator also went down the day before we left for a few hours, so had to carry a cooler up 5 flights. It was fixed that evening but was down again when we were leaving so had to carry all of our luggage down the stairs. The balcony was great with wonderful views.

Stayed Oct 27, 2024The condo was very spacious and clean. We did have a problem with ants on the kitchen counters and guest bedroom, so we were not able to leave anything out on them. The master bed was not real comfortable. The pools were really nice and the view was unbelievable. Sunsets were gorgeous. I would come back again!
