Inviting open floor plan perfect for gathering and enjoying each other`s company. The Master Bedroom has it`s private seating area, on-suite bathroom and fantastic views of the bay. With two queen size beds and 2 twin size beds, 6 guests will sleep comfortably and the screed porch will be the preferred place to hang out and take in the coastal life and make memories on your new favorite place.brbrAccess code and information will be sent to guest once the house is ready for their group on Check-In Day. Host will require to receive a picture of the guest ID sent directly to the host before release access info.brbrManager is always nearby and will be able to assist guest through their stay. For the protection of our property and our guests our property has exterior surveillance cameras that are recording 24/7.brbrMagnolia Beach is a rural community of Port Lavaca TX, located along the shore of Lavaca Bay and Matagorda Bay. The charm of Magnolia Beach (`Mag` called by locals) is to come enjoy the outdoors. A true disconnect type of place ideal for fishing, hunting, boating, kayaking, biking, birding or just beach combing. You`ll be able to have incredible viewings of wildlife with more than 400 species of birds identified and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Although the area is visited by many, it has kept a sense of community and not of a highly touristic area, a quality that makes it a hidden gem, a true destination off the beaten path. Come and enjoy a Magnolia Beach Getaway!brbrThis home is walking distance to the public beach, public boat ramp and great fishing spots. Having a vehicle will be necessary to get to restaurants and essential shops.brbr-Bring groceries and condiments to prepare meals, kitchen is well equipped and most restaurants are 15 to 30 minutes away.br-Water shoes are a MUST to walk on the beach, our beach is a shelly beach.br-Mosquito repellent and sunblock is essential for all your outdoor activities.br-Bring your big toys (Boat, Golf Cart, Kayaks, Bikes, Fishing Gear). Currently there are no nearby places to rent big toys. Four Wheelers are NOT allowed on our beach, you will be subject to fines.br-House does not have a private pier.brMust be 23 years or older to be able to book the property. Must send a picture of a valid ID directly to host. Host will not give access to the guest without having received ID. brbrHaving more guests than what the reservation was made for is a violation to the Reservation agreement and House Rules, charges of $75/per additional person per night will be assessed or immediate termination of your stay and there will be NO refund.brbrNo smoking of ANY kind in the house, screened porch or 15` of exterior doors. If smell or burnt marks are found in the property, host will seek a $500 cleaning fee plus any additional costs of replacing the damaged property. brbrSmoking Marijuana on the property grounds will result in immediate termination of guests` stay, without refund.brbrWe have no tolerance for criminal behavior. Any illegal activities, acts of violence, loud arguments or fighting will result in immediate termination of your stay and there will be no refund. The same is true if the police is called to the unit. brbrThe space will be in clean and working condition. No compensation will be given for non-working items outside the owner`s control, including but not limited to: power outages, internet outages, etc. For items inside the owner`s control, owner will make every attempt to rectify any problems that may occur. It is Guest`s responsibility to notify the owner IMMEDIATELY if there are any problems and allow owner to rectify the issue. No refunds or other compensations will be given for problems owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame or if the issue was notified to the owner after the guest stay ended. brbrGuests will be responsible for costs of any repairs for problems caused by actions of Guest or any one in their group.brbrNO PETS allowed. Host will ask guests to remove the pet from the property for the duration of their stay. Pet penalty of $250.00 will be assessed to be paid immediately to the Host and/or guest may be asked to leave the property without refund.brbrCheck-In is at 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Time before Check-In or after Check-Out can only be arranged the night before. In the case that extra hours are approved, guests agree to pay $30 per extra hour. Payment must be received by Host before the additional time can be in effect.brbrDo not dispose of fish carcasses at the property trash can. Clean fish by the bay and feed fish/birds in the water with carcasses.brbrQuiet hours are from 11 PM - 8 AM. This rule does not apply during Holidays such as Independence Day or New Year’s Eve, the whole community will be celebrating.brbrGuest and guest`s invitees shall fully defend, indemnify and hold harmless the owners, managers and business entity acting on behalf of the owners from any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage and/or injury, of any kind whatsoever (including without limitation all claims for monetary loss, property damage, equitable relief, personal injury and/or wrongful death) for the use of the property as vacation home, amenities, facilities, grounds, or any equipment provided used during guests stay while on our property or outside of our property. The indemnification applies to and includes, without limitation, the payment of all penalties, fines, judgements, awards, decrees, attorneys` fees, and related costs or expenses, and any reimbursements for all legal fees, expenses, and costs incurred by it.

Enjoy the huge wrap around porch at our cozy beach cottage just blocks from the beach. Perfect for family gathering or just a get away. All that you need is provided for a stress free vacation. Unwind at the beach, spend time at the Indianola Fishing Marina while fishing, eating and listening to live music or explore the fishing piers and monuments. Magnolia beach is a wonderful place to vacation. Drive up parking on the beach, boat access, crabbing bridge, clean restroom, kayak rental and great fishing. Our vacation home is in a quiet neighborhood, only 4 blocks to beach and has central a/c and heat, wifi, smart TV, games for kids, full size kitchen with all appliances. Great trout and red fish fishing in the bay or off the Indianola Fishing Marina. We also have a fish cleaning station and bbq pit. Close to Port O'Connor and short trip to Port Aransas. We offer nightly rental, with a two night minimum stay, weekly rental and monthly rental, up to two month booking in winter months of October-March. We cover up to $100 of electric bill for monthly renters, renters are responsible for remaining amount before departure of home. We offer trash pick-up, all trash must be bagged and placed in outside trash can.

The Pelican is a cozy cabin within 5 minutes of the beach for swimming, great fishing, boating, crabbing, shell hunting, or just soaking up some sun. NO PARTIES and NO FIREWORKS allowed on property. Bring your bicycles or golf cart to ride to the beach. There are folding chairs, beach bag, and towels available. We are a shell beach and water shoes is recommended in the water. Small dogs are allowed with a pet fee. Please pick up yard after your pet. Do not discard in our trashcan. Please dispose offsite. No pets on the furniture or left uncrated while unattended.
