We are very close to the ferry., brUnit B is 821 sq. ft. with 1 bedroom, 1 full bath and sleeps 6 comfortably. You enter a spacious open living area with full kitchen and dining. The living room and bedroom have a large flat screen TV and WIFI. We provide Roku and Hulu for your viewing entertainment. The living area has a full sleeper sofa and a twin chair bed to accommodate more family and friends. The Master bedroom is large with a King bed large walk-in closet. Bathroom is a tub/shower. Hairdryer, soap, towels and linens provided. We also have a pack n play available for use if you have a little one.brThe kitchen is upscale with granite countertop and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is stocked with a toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, blender, mixer, can opener and pots and pans along with other items to prepare meals for your family. There is a large pantry to store your food. The dining table seats 4 and there are 3 barstools for dining at the countertop bar. brThere is a closed utility room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. An iron and ironing board is provided and plenty of cabinets for your laundry essentials.brThere is a front deck balcony with patio seating to watch the sunsets or see the ships coming down the channel.
