There is a door for privacy separating the 2 bedrooms rooms. The 3rd bedroom is on the other side of the house, off of the kitchen, and is a very large family style master suite. It has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. For the kids there is a bunk bed with double on the bottom and twin on the top. There is also a sitting area and the room is flooded with light. You have access to the back patio from this bedroom. There is a TV in both the King suite and Queen bedroom.br2.5 Bathrooms: The 1st bathroom is in the queen bedroom and has a custom stone and tile walk-in shower and a single sink. The 2nd bathroom is in the king bedroom and has a tub shower combo with a spacious separate vanity area, 2 double sinks and a large mirror. The - bath powder room is just off of the kitchen. Down the hallway from the - bath is the laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. There is also access to the backyard from the laundry room. brKitchen: This beautifully designed kitchen is very open with abundant counter space and cabinets for extra storage. There is a gas stove, full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and a dishwasher. This bright and open space is stocked with most basic items.
