Inside, you'll find a bright and spacious living/dining area off of a large kitchen that has what you need to cook the catch of the day. There is a covered deck out front to relax and enjoy the Gulf breezes. The two bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combination. Each bedroom has a king bed and plenty of closet space. In the hall is a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer. Please bring your preferred laundry detergent.brbrOutside, you'll find a large patio for enjoying the gulf breezes and a fenced SHARED yard that is shared by the complex for your four-legged friends to use. We've just added a shared breezeway for the complex with covered seating and a game area. It's a perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.brbrThis property is DOG friendly. We welcome well trained dogs (no puppies) that are not labeled as aggressive breeds with a limit of 2 dogs with a total weight under 100 lbs.
