Outdoor Oasis with Private Heated/Chilled Pool, Golf Cart, and Perfect Location!

Everyone enjoyed the house. Heated pool in February! Kids loved it!

House was spacious, clean, well equipped for staying multiple nights. Host was very responsive & very easy to work with. Having the golf cart with the rental was a plus since we always rent one while visiting Port A. Our only dislike was that the advertised heated pool is only heated to a certain temp & you have no control over the settings. Had this been mentioned in the listing we would have never booked the house. Winter evenings can get chilly & ideally you would want the pool hotter than mid 80s. I did speak with the host about this & they apologized but for us it was a bit of waste of money to find this out after booking.

An exceptional property! We truly enjoyed our stay! Lots of room for our family to spread out and plenty to keep the teenagers busy at the house. The house was clean and well maintained in a great little neighborhood.

We had the best time! House was clean and has everything you need! Only complaint I have is the stairs. Our legs are SORE for any family with kids they have loads of beach toys!!! And the beds were sooo comfy!!

Great place to enjoy a getaway in Port Aransas. The house and pool were fun times! Host was very communicative and the process was smooth and easy! Appreciate the hospitality!

The property was beautiful and plenty to do. It rained in the morning and the garage had plenty of games to play to keep us occupied til the rain stopped. Loved that it had a pool.

Disappointed. I will start by saying the owners were very responsive and took our concerns seriously and said they would immediately fix the issue. We did leave after one day.Many of the air vents (mostly upstairs) were surrounded with mold. First floor looked fine and the back yard was great. While we slept on it, we eventually decided there was something wrong with their HVAC system and we were breathing unhealthy air so we decided to leave. There were other smaller things that I think we would have been able to resolve on our own. The second floor outdoor table was covered in grime, we would have just cleaned it, the master bathroom mats looked like they’ve never been washed, and one of the master pillows had grease stains (possibly face product), and dirt and/or makeup. The second floor seemed warmer, but when owner got back to us after we left, he said temperature was taken and there seemed nothing wrong. I think it was just very humid up there. The second floor smelled like dog pee, and there were a lot of air fresheners which I know people use but I didn’t care for the combination of pee and air freshener. My dog picked up something in the house that bothered him because he has been itchy ever since. Our other dog was fine. We come to Port A every year, and have never had an experience like this before. The reason I gave two stars is because the owner was very nice and very responsive. The fact that we felt we had to leave after paying so much was heartbreaking

Pierce’s Paradise is a lovely house! The split of bedrooms upstairs and downstairs was perfect for our stay. Location was great for beach access and quick drives to restaurants. We loved having the pool and golf cart. Truly a great experience!

Over all a great stay had some issues with the ac the first night and the team was on it the next moring for us getting everything fixed. 10 out of 10 would recommend and stay again.

This house was perfect for our family. It had plenty of games to keep our teenagers happy. Close to beach. Extremely clean. Some places don’t live up to pictures but this home was better than the pictures.

Fan was not working properly and some of the door knobs needed to be tightened but the stay was very enjoyable and overall good. We would stay there again! The managers were kind and attentive. Thank you!

We enjoyed the house even though our visit was cut short by the hurricane. The pool was clean, and we enjoyed it very much. We would probably do the cooling next time. I was not happy with VRBO holding our deposit for so long, but that is out of the property owners' hands. They released our deposit right away.

The split level of bedroom on first and second floor was ideal for our group. The numerous balconies/porches was awesome. Plenty of space to spread out. Pool was clean. Great stay!
