Three-story townhouse with a balcony, two living areas, & a washer/dryer

This beach house was fantastic! Immaculately clean and comfortable located steps from the boardwalk to the beach. Our family enjoyed our weekend and will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

The property was easily access to the beach and the pool. Loved the layout. Beds were comfortable. Home was beautiful.

We have stayed at this home a few times and absolutely love it! It's beautiful and extremely convenient. We made pancakes and enjoyed all our meals at the house and walked to the beach and pool throughout the day. Wonderful home that we will come back to again and again!

Overall, this house was a great rental for our group. Easy access to the pools and the boardwalk to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable.

We have stayed at this beach house multiple times and cannot recommend it enough! The location is excellent! Easy walk to both the beach and the pool/Reds from the house. Five minute golf cart ride into town on the beach. There is a great park right outside the front door for the kids to play. The house is well furnished and beautifully decorated. No detail was missed. We can’t wait to go back!

This is the best home we’ve stayed at Palmilla for its location. Walkable to the main pool and a small play area out front was great for toddlers. We also loved being super close to the boardwalk and morning coffee truck at Black Marlin. Great location for young families!

Home was beautiful and very comfortable. We came for a family reunion and had lots of places to gather. Close enough to good restaurants and the pools.

The perfect location for a family getaway. This home had a wonderful floor plan, which our family loved, and is situated in a convenient spot to walk to the pool and beach. The front grassy area was a great spot to toss the football around and relax. Will definitely come back!

This home it's close the beach and one of the pools. It's nicely furnished with everything you need for a great vacation. We will be back!

This rental was nice and spacious for the 10 of us to live comfortably for a week! We had a great experience. The staff at the pool was attentive but not overwhelming, so the kids could have a good time without being yelled at, it was breath of fresh air! Would definitely stay there again! Thank you

Great place to stay , very beautiful. However, the booking agency Vacasa was a nightmare to work with. Their management is severely poor and their lack of communication cost us a night of our rental. They made no attempt to offer reimbursement for their mistake. I will not be booking any properties that they manage from this point forward.

Nothing was not happy house was not clean

The house was really nice and mainly had everything we needed. The kitchen could use some extra dishes for baking/cooking. Beds were comfy and house was clean. Our problem was the mosquitos. They were so bad. Bring several cans of bug spray but honestly nothing really worked. We couldn’t enjoy the outdoor amenities in the villa. They were close but the bugs were so bad they swarmed you. The beach was easy to access. Bring cooking spray or Dawn dish soap to remove the tar. The beach was nice and didn’t have too much trash. The main problem was the tar getting all over from the oil rigs.

Very clean, cozy beds and pillows

We loved this place. A broken banister was being repaired when we arrived but that was from the previous renters before us arriving. They were very attentive and the garage door broke and had the repair people out quickly. The place is spotless and smells amazing. Perfect spot by the beach. Would definitely return.

My family and I loved our stay! The property was in perfect walking distance to the beach and one of the pools. The rental was beautifully decorated and provided us a great place to bond with one another and to relax. We will definitely be back!

The home was great and in amazing condition. We have previously stayed another house in this resort and will be back again! It was great for our bachelorette trip and slept a huge group of girls. Maintenance was quick to come if anything happened such as smoke detector beeping.

We absolutely loved this beach home! Upon arriving, we were greeted with a very clean rental. The house was well equipped with kitchen gear and the beds were comfortable for a good night sleep. The location of the home was unmatched - steps from the dune crossover and had nice swings in front for the kids. We will back! :)

We absolutely loved the house! It was perfect for our group with easy access to both the beach and the pool, we walked to easy within 5-10 minutes. Loved that the house had everything we needed and extra towels because we definitely used them. The swings out front were a bonus for the kiddos. Thanks for an amazing stay!
