Current pictures taken March 2024. brbr brbrBeautiful newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath in a quiet residential home on Lake Dunlap (the dam broke in May 2019 so the lake is low but good news, the dam has been repaired and the lake is expected to fill up by Summer 2023, at which point the lake will be more conducive to swimming). Photos taken March of 2020 reflect the water level at that time. The dock is also a great place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or your morning coffee. There is also a canoe for your enjoyment! This home is only 5 miles to downtown New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn and the Comal River! brbr brbrUnwind in the comfortable living room with Free WIFI and Roku TV (no cable). Fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. Dining table with seating for 6. There are 4 bar stools at the kitchen island. Half bathroom conveniently located off the kitchen.
