Great location and backyard!

Mostly good; however cold water faucet in master bath needs attention; need supply of kleenex and filters for coffeemaker (were afraid to use); front door lock is hard to use, no instructions; security light in back yard would be good; lamp missing light bulb, no extras in house

The house was wonderful. Great location, close to Texas Tech campus. Communication with Emily was easy and she was very responsive to questions/concerns. Would definitely stay again!

This was the second time we stayed at this house. Great, quiet neighborhood. We will be back.

Rented the house for graduation weekend. Very clean and well appointed.

Tyler was great to work with, always quick to respond to questions, etc. Photos on vrbo were accurate to the home. King bed was comfortable, didn’t test out other bed. We spent probably 30 mins total in kitchen during the 4 days...not cooking while on vacay! Fridge kept drinks cold, coffeemaker withstood the workout we gave it. Kitchen was well appointed though. Patio & fenced in backyard is suitable for bringing a pet. Big screen TV & plenty of seating in living room. Price was very reasonable. Just a note to older folks with questionable knees and/or hips, the living room seating was a little low but still doable. Would recommend this home for a couple looking for a quiet & comfortable stay.

We stayed two nights for an event at Tech. The location was great, and the house was wonderful. It's nicely decorated, very spacious and clean. It has a large background, which would be perfect if you needed to bring your pet. Check-in was super easy. We didn't use the kitchen, except for coffee, but it seemed to have plenty of pots and pans if you wanted to cook. The beds were too firm for me, but I still slept well. The neighborhood was quiet, but it was a cold, rainy weekend so no one was out and about. I would stay again.

This was a great property. We stayed here when my daughter was moving. The house was amazing. Loved the decor. Is in a great location. The communication was superb as well. We will be staying here again.

Great stay. Easy to get to my only complaint is AC wasn’t cooling great but it was super that weekend. Clean place and bedding smelled amazing!

Our stay was simply wonderful. The property was well maintained, very clean, and peaceful. A very relaxing place to stay for the night.

Was just traveling thru town, stayed one night and last minute booking. Seemed like a reasonable part of town; market, food and gas close. Easy to get to and out of. Pretty clean and easy owner to work with. I found the beds comfy and overall well appointed!

Nice property with a blend of the traditional layout and the touch of modern features. The back yard is very large with a great fence, ensuring privacy and security. Emily's place was perfect in every way, in the layout, location and amenities!

We had a great time it was awesome and our dawgs loved it we will book this again so nice thank you

Great place to stay

House was great. Back patio and yard was great. Exterior lighting could be better. Patio fan/light didn’t work.
