Milano Lodge - Cozy Retreat

I have mixed feelings on this property. ProsCleanEasy check in/check outDecent bedsConsIt had the absolute bare minimum of everything. Not a single extra blanket or pillow. The bath towels they provided are pretty bad! They are awful, very thin. We stayed for 4 nights, and they provided 6 towels for three people...and said we weren't allowed to use the washer The kitchen was NOT fully stocked. It might be ok if you're staying for one night, but if you're staying for multiple days and plan to cook, bring your own stuff as they have very little in the kitchen. The VRBO description is highly misleadingNo cleaning supplies at all. They tell you you're not allowed to use the washer and dryer, unless you're there for a week. The living room couches are so uncomfortable. It's way out on the outskirts of Lubbock, and probably about as far from TTU that you can get

Great stay! It was just a quick overnight stop for us after a basketball game but the house was great. We loved the neighborhood and the house was sparkling clean. Beds were comfortable and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Bedding was comfortable as well as the beds. Clean house and easy to find and very informative host

This was a great house with a great host. The communications with the host through VRBO were quick and instructive as to check-in. The house is new and immaculate in condition, well stocked, and is in a nice neighborhood. I will definitely stay here again when I visit the Buddy Holly Center.

Property was very clean and well kept. Check in/out was simple. Great neighborhood and close to anything you would need. We will def be back to this property.

The house was great. The only downsize was we didn’t realize we couldn’t use the washer and dryer unless we were there for a full week which was an inconvenience.

Communication was excellent. House is in a great area. It was great having a garage since we were moving our daughter in to college and didn't have to unload the truck. Beds were very comfortable. bonus, they left a bag of ice in the freezer!

The house was great for what we needed!

So many monitors and felt watched every where inside and outside. Inside being the worst. Motion dectors in the bedrooms. Uncomfortable. I won't rent again

The house was good for our stay. Not very kid friendly. Has a long list of rules I wasn’t expecting. Nothing crazy but just not what we are used to from other rentals. The rules could be in place because it is a college town. This home is perfect for adults or a girls gets away.

Communication with property manager was easy and the house was in a great location for our event at Cooks Garage.

Perfect stay in Lubbock if you’re wanting something more private and nicer than a hotel stay. Everything was spot on for cleanliness, condition, location, quietness. Would stay here again!

Great home to stay driving through. Loved being able to pull into Garage and not worry about the gear in vehicle. Beds were comfortable. Quiet Neighborhood.

Good for quick stay at event at Texas Tech

The accomodations were exceptional and the neighborhood was easy to find. The only detraction was the tone of the intake and instructions. Having to submit a picture ID was really beyond necessary and the instructions in the house reminded me of my first day in the army. There must be a way to host such nice accommodations without making it feel like a prison experience. If you can get past that the house is clean, spacious and has everything you would want.

We stayed 1 night while dropping my daughter off at Tech. Everything was as described.

The house is nice and clean. We didn't spend a lot of time at the property. We basically slept, showered, changed, and left. We were in town for my niece's graduation from Texas Tech. We were originally five people, but my son's flight was cancelled, so there was three of us, and there was plenty of room. The neighborhood was quiet. I don't like that the neighbor parks their vehicles in front of the house. It met our needs.
