Stayed Aug 29, 2025Terrible communication between me and the host. In order to get the address on the home I had to call VRBO customer service for their help. The morning of my trip I did not have an address or information on how to get in the home. I had a very late arrival and as we were going to bed, we discovered that we did not have any running water. Again, I could not get in touch with the host without calling VRBO customer service first. Went to bed that night with no way to use the toilets or take a shower the next morning.We ended up having to find another place to stay that next morning which was difficult because it was a TTU football game weekend so most places were booked!

Stayed Apr 18, 2025The house was very nice. Wonderfully decorated. Great accommodations. Beds were very comfortable. Our only concern was the backyard was not not pet friendly. The fence was falling down and had fairly good size holes in it. And I had to pick up Dog poop from previous dogs. I don't know if other dogs had come in through the holes and pooped or if the previous guest had not cleaned up after their pets.
