Stayed Aug 4, 2023Location and space within the home was nice. Host was very nice to allow early checkin for the home, as well. Home was outdated and listing stated it could sleep 12. Unfortunately that was not accurate, as there was no futon and no air pump for an air mattress that was in the house. While we were 8 guests with our stay, not all could share the bedrooms, and the common space had large front facing windows that had no way to close for privacy. The blinds in the windows were tied closed. So, with no privacy and no sleeping bed, this unfortunately made stay more difficult. Overall, I don’t feel the hosts thought about the little details, to really make this a 5star stay.

Stayed Nov 22, 2022Great home with space for everyone to spread out. Two living spaces meant no arguing over the TV. Close proximity to shopping and a 10 minute drive to Texas Tech. My younger children loves the park a block away. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Stayed Sep 2, 2022Beautiful home just minutes away from all the things we were looking to do while in Lubbock. Located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of friendly neighbors. The house was just as listed and was bigger in person than expect, the yard was well maintained and private. The house was clean and everything was stocked. Couldn’t ask for a home for the price. Will definitely stay again if I ever need a home in Lubbock.
