We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, modern decor and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was friendly and responsive, making the booking process, check in and check out seamless. Overall, highly recommend!

Location was perfect. Very clean. Very sparsely decorated. Coffee maker needs descaling. Could not get it to work. Had to go out and get coffee. That was not cool.

Great size! Weekend getting our TTU student back to Lubbock and settled for spring semester. Had everything we needed and easy location. Will definitely stay there again when we are back in Lubbock!

Cozy house

Was visiting my daughter for thanksgiving. The house was clean when we arrived. Its photos on the web site are accurrate so there were no suprises. Very much enjoyedcthe property

Quaint and just what we needed for our stay to visit our daughter at college. Great location and is close to the mall, grocery store and restaurants.

Great place for a weekend trip

Very nice to have a brita in the fridge as well as a kuerig! And extra blankets were very helpful.

Very nice home. It had all the amenities. The beds were comfortable. The home is centrally located to the four corners area and not far for a day trip to Durango. We had a good experience staying at this home.

Would have loved a little more comfortable seating in the living room (there's a couch but no other living room type seating options) but other than that everything was great!

We had such a wonderful stay in Lubbock! Our host was incredibly responsive, and the house itself was spotless and very well-maintained. We really appreciated that all the necessary items were readily available for our use. The location was perfect, so close to the university, restaurants, and shopping centers. We'd absolutely love to stay here again on our next trip to Lubbock!

Good location and had everything we need.

It shows in the pictures that you have a whole house, But it's a dupl, had a hard time finding the entry code , couldn't find the Wi-Fi password, Also no instructions to control the thermostat.

The photos look great online, and it’s decorated cute but it’s a little rough on the inside. It definitely could use a little love and a deep clean. Previous pets have left things very scratched up. Parking is awkward. And sharing one shower with 4 people is tricky. We paid a premium bc it was TTU graduation weekend and it definitely wasn’t worth the price. If you’re picky about your bedding, comfortable sleeping I’d look elsewhere.

We were very impressed with the property. The property is beautifully decorated, well maintained and communication with he manager if and when needed was very efficient. Had all essentials needed for cooking, baking. Had all the necessary hygiene products available in bathrooms. And showers. Cleaning up was a breeze because the necessary items were available to use. Nice back yard. We plan on staying here again when visiting Lubbock. We recommend staying here when visiting.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was vey clean and it had all the amenities you need. The King bed was very comfortable and the home felt like it had lots of space for only being a two bedroom. The home was also located in a very convenient location. It was very close to shopping and dining and very easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again when we're in Lubbock.

As advertised place was clean but needs to be dusted. Fake plant in bedroom covered in dust and fans. Location was good and garage was a nice bonus.

We were here for Christmas. We absolutely loved this place. Most comfortable beds ever! It made a great home base for all of our Christmas festivities. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was very very clean and such a cute older home. The garage opener was a slight issues for maybe new batteries but overall it served our purpose. home.

I initially chose this house because it was pet friendly and had a small, private backyard. Plans changed and I didn’t have the dog. House was easy to get to, in a very convenient location-not far from mall area and my son’s apartment. It was nicely redone on the inside and had everything I needed. Large Tv in den area and one in master. Air conditioner was easy to change and it cooled down quickly. Ceiling fans in bedrooms. I was nicely surprised by the garage parking. The only thing I would change is the price, but I understand how game weekend pricing works. Thanks for a great, quick stay! my sons ap

We loved our stay and the home is just as pictured. The beds are amazing and the box of cookies and brownies were such a fun surprise. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beds were comfortable and the place was clean, except some of the cookware not often used (baking sheet was very dirty). Very small backyard, grass needed mowing (calf high) and grill did not have a propane tank. TV in the front room did not work.

The house met our essential needs and we enjoyed our stay.
