This floor includes a large porch with lake views and an egg smoker for cooking. brbr The bottom floor of this 2 story house comes with all of the amenities to have the perfect large group gathering . The patio on the ground level has a barbecue pit for charcoal also.brbrThe main floor has one bedroom with a king size bed, full bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining room . The living room has sofa, loveseat, and chair (All Reclining) The dining room offers seating for 6 with 4 barstools adjacent to table. Or dine on the balcony with seating for 4 and two additional chairs, all with cushions. The view is incredible.brbrThe downstairs has 2 bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a king size bed with a twin bed and full bath , there is also a vanity outside of the bathroom.
