Ideal for a family getaway or business retreat, this place offers 3 bedrooms with queen sleeper bed, well equipped game room, large outdoor patio with grill as well as second patio off of master bedroom.
Nature trails for hiking nearby.
Guests have access to Lake Travis through designated area and hours.Huge game room and large outdoor patio seating with BBQ grill. Private patio with seating off master suite for your morning coffee. Fully equipped kitchen.
Guests must adhere to house rules.
House rules

No smoking or illegal drugs anywhere on the property.

NO unauthorized guests without permission of owner.

Check in time is 3 pm and check out is 11 am.

  Please leave all areas clean and garbage disposed of in garbage receptacle.

No smoking or vaping or e-cigarettes in or outside of property.

 No firearms or fireworks allowed anywhere on the property.

 Late check out fee of $45 per hour will be assessed.

  Outdoor security cameras may be in place.

 Not responsible for internet outage.

 Any blood stains or makeup that cannot be removed from linens will be charged for replacements.

No pets.



 Guests will be charged for heavily soiled bedding or destruction of property anywhere inside or outside of property.

Not responsible for any accidents in the house, decks or anywhere on the property.

 No candles allowed on the property.

 Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Please respect others on the property and our neighbors.

Do Not throw anything down the toilet except toilet paper. We are on a septic system here.

Not responsible for any items left on the property.

Any reservation listing untruthful information will be canceled and no money refunded.

Host reserves the right to decline any reservation at the discretion of the host.


Guests must report any issues with the suite within 15 minutes of check in so host may address them properly.

Turn off all lights or other electrical appliances when you check out.

No refunds will be given except at the discretion of property owner.
