It has the perfect location for easy access to Stephenville, Granbury, Lipan, or Weatherford.brbrThe house features 4 bedrooms with king beds and a giant 5th bedroom with 6 beds — 2 twin, 3 full, and 1 queen. brEach bedroom has ample closet or dresser space. brOne king room has an en-suite bathroom. brThe large bedroom with multiple beds has an en-suite bathroom. brThere is one standalone bathroom to accommodate the remaining bedrooms. brbrWe do not allow events at this property. brbrFishing on our pond must be approved beforehand, and a liability waiver must be signed. Located in Indian Harbor, our home offers a large deck with a beautiful peaceful view where you can interact with duck and geese, and watch the sun rise and set over the water. The deck provides plenty of outdoor seating and space for meals and has an outdoor fireplace. Launch your boat or watercraft from the neighborhood marina. The boat lift is unavailable for guests from June-September but you can tie your boat or watercraft up to the side of the dock. The jet ski pad is unavailable to guests. Have a cookout and get cozy by the outdoor fireplace. Just 6 miles from the unique Historic Granbury Square.brThe space:brIn addition to 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, you’ll have a wonderful sunroom with a queen-size Murphy bed and a detached bunkhouse with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. There is a pack ’n play available in the guest room closet with an extra mattress. The house comfortably sleeps 6 and the bunkhouse can sleep four. The listing shows maximum of 8 guests, but it can sleep 10. Please message me prior to booking if you have more than 8. The number of guests must be registered when booking. Each overnight guest over 6 people will have a $10/night additional charge. If there are any day guests, please let me know. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances and a farmhouse sink; fully stocked with cookware and utensils.
