The large living room/kitchen/dining area seats 14 for dining, with the outdoor dining area that seats another 8. Three of the five bedrooms include king beds, while another, a queen with a twin top bunk. And of course, what beach houses is not complete without a bunk room It features two queen bunks, sleeping 8. But be pre-warned, the upstairs of the house next door can look down and see you. brAll bedrooms have TVs and are smart/Roku TV’s. Roku provides a lot of channels, and feel free to log into your own accounts for any of the available streaming options. brFor your safety, there is a camera on the ground level area under the house near where cars park. brTrash pickup days are Monday and Thursday. brOur kitchen is stocked with the basics, such as simple seasoning, some coffee, and some condiments. Please treat our kitchen with the love and respect you would your own to keep it in great condition for other guests. Please be sure to ventilate the kitchen after cooking anything that could leave a strong smell behind. brbrThe kitchen sinks have strainers so be careful not to wash food down the drain. Please throw any kitchen scraps into trash cans. The aerobic system is not designed to use a garbage disposal. brbrKitchen cleaning products are under the sink. Our beach house was built in 2011 and is located on the 3rd row of a double lot. We have a great view of the beach which is accessible by foot or vehicle. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with a great room and kitchen/dining as well as an outdoor bar. At each end of the house is a master bedroom with two additional bedrooms in the middle that share a jack n jill bath. The masters both have a queen size bed, while the middle rooms are equipped with custom made bunk beds (which has a much more spacious headroom than the typical bunk). We also have a Keurig that will brew 1 cup or 1 pot. We have a small amount of K-cups and ground coffee with creamer and sweeteners. We include a small supply of dish pods, dish soap and sponge, trash bags and paper towels. All you need to bring is the food and family! Please be aware that you may have to supplement your stay with your own items depending on your length of stay and number of guests. brbrThe master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a stand up shower and seperate tub as well as a huge walk in closet to store your luggage while you’re there. There is a 60” Smart TV to help you wind down at night. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, closet and a 58” Smart TV. The bunk room is my absolute favorite! It has 2 sets of queen over queen bunk beds for a total of 4 MORE QUEEN BEDS!! The hall bath has a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms have a small shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. We also provide some trash bags, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. The laundry room has a new set of washer and dryer free for guests to use including 5 laundry pods.brbrWe have provided beach towels, chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach with you. If you are bringing a raider with a UTV or golf cart, you should account for this in the available space. Please do not park on any neighbors property. If we receive a phone call about cars parked on their driveways or grass, we will ask you to remove the vehicle immediately. Failure to do so will result in a call to law enforcement to have it removed. Parking on the road is also prohibited. The streets are narrow and your vehicle is at risk of damage from the regular traffic.brbr**Plumbing**brOur homes in Crystal Beach are on a fragile sewer system.
