There's a large privacy fence and about a block between the house and the commercial area, so it's great for a quiet and private stay but super accessible to lots of activity. There's a convenience store a half a block away for last minute drinks and snacks, a coffee shop two blocks away, and a breakfast restaurant with killer fried chicken biscuits across the street.brWe don't have many rules for this place, we just ask guests to be quiet outside after 10pm and to leave the place like you found it. The presence of a few of these critters does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else.brbr- For longer term stays over 30 days, guests are required to pay for monthly full-home cleaning services at $70/clean.
