Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, backyard, and parking. Enjoy exclusive use of the BBQ grill, fire pit, fenced backyard, outdoor patio with market lights, and covered car port. Self-check-in is available via smart lock (with 4 digit codes). Access instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

You’re just minutes from the buzz of South Congress, Zilker Park, Lady Bird Lake, and downtown Austin. Walk to neighborhood favorites like Jo’s Coffee, Radio Coffee & Beer, St. Elmo Brewing, Cosmic Coffee, and The Yard, or grab groceries at nearby Central Market and Sprouts.



Getting Around:

The home has easy access to South Lamar, Ben White (290/71), and I-35. Downtown is about a 15-minute drive, and the airport is just 20 minutes away. Uber and Lyft are widely available, and there’s ample free street and driveway parking for guests who bring a car.

We love dogs, but we have a few simple rules to keep our space clean and comfortable for everyone (pet fee applies)

-Adult dogs only – must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 35 lbs

-Dogs are not allowed on furniture – including couches, chairs, and beds. Any signs of paws or fur on furniture may result in a cleaning fee being charged, as we strive to maintain a fresh and welcoming environment for all guests.

-Please clean up after your dog – all waste must be picked up before checkout.

-Pets must be on a leash when outside the property.

-No cats allowed.

-A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed.



Smoking Policy

For the comfort of all our guests, smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted. If signs of smoking are found indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied to refresh the space.



Enjoy the backyard BBQ! Please:

- Clean after each use – See guestbook in house for proper cleaning instructions.

- Please ensure that all surrounding surfaces and countertops are wiped clean of grease, food, and debris.

- $75 cleaning fee applies if the BBQ is not cleaned after use.

Please note: To keep our homes well-maintained and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly require that all primary renters be at least 26 years of age.



Cancellation Policy:

-Cancel 7 days before check-in date for a partial refund.



As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The nominal cost of this protection has been included as a Guest Damage Insurance Fee.



Interaction with Guests:

We’re local and available should you need anything before or during your stay. Otherwise, we’ll give you space to relax and enjoy the property. Communication is quick and easy through the platform’s messaging system. Response times are within minutes.
