You are within 2 miles of Downtown, as well as Zilker Park, which hosts one of Austin's most popular festivals, ACL. The Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail and Boardwalk at Lady Bird Lake is within a mile, where you can rent kayaks and paddleboards, enjoy amazing city views while hiking or watch the famous bats fly out from under Congress Bridge at sunset.

If you have more than one car, there is plenty of on-street parking in this beautiful neighborhood.
