Please, no amplified music or noise by the outdoor kitchen area. Our neighbor's bedroom is located right by that area :) br- Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and be present for the entirety of the reservation. br- Please note this property has an unsupervised water feature. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children under 14 should be supervised at all times.br- For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.br- There are security cameras onsite. 2 are located pointing toward the driveways. 1 is on the backyard. br- Please ensure that the gates remain shut at all times due to the presence of an unsupervised water feature (swimming pool) on the premises.br- In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. You may notice a few more of them around September and they’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky.
