If a pet is found on the premises, a $200 fee will be charged, and we kindly ask you to leave with no refund. This policy is STRONGLY ENFORCED. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. brbr• Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the cabin - NO EXCEPTIONS. If you choose to smoke on the deck, please refrain from discarding cigarette butts on the ground. Ensure the butt is fully extinguished and deposit them in the designated sand-filled pail or trash can before departure. If housekeeping or the groundskeeper needs to pick up discarded butts, a fee of $1 per butt will be charged. Evidence of smoking inside the cabin will result in a charge of $200 for deodorizing the home. The loft boasts a California King bed that faces the view, so you can start your day with the view of the mountains. br.brThe cabin is only 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge and close to all major attractions of the area including Gatlinburg, Dollywood, Splash Country, Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede, Titanic Museum, Hatfield & McCoy's Dinner Show, as well as some of the best restaurants and shopping centers. brThe floor plan features vaulted ceilings with floor-to-ceiling picture windows for a panoramic views. brThe extra sleeping arrangement is a leather sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. brThe rustic stone fireplace has gas logs and the deck is comfortably furnished with rocking chairs, a dining table, a swing, and a hot tub. Even on rainy days the view is pretty great! You can note that it has high speed internet and smart TVs so you can log in and stream your favorite shows! The roads are paved all the way to the cabin.
