Condo next to East Tennessee State University and very close to the Veteran’s Administration and Johnson City Medical Center. Just a few minutes from downtown or north Johnson City. 6 miles to downtown Jonesborough and the storytelling festival. 20 miles to Bristol Motor Speedway. brbrHVAC replaced a year or so ago. It’s a no frills townhouse (no pool or tennis courts, garage, etc.). The condo association is in the process of doing some exterior work and landscaping, so things are a bit bare on the outside. However, the inside is very clean and comfortable. brbr This is a very safe and mostly quiet neighborhood. It is near campus, so occasionally students get noisy, but my neighbors are very polite and courteous. I’ve always felt very safe there. brbr I have two parking spaces. If additional spaces are needed, I can usually make arrangements with one of my neighbors.
