You can then step down into the saloon game room that includes a pool table, an air hockey table, an arcade game and a wet bar. The downstairs also includes an art deco inspired Theater Room that is sure to impress and another full bathroom. The views are amazing, the deck includes plenty of seating, a gas grill for cookouts and a large hot tub for you to sit back, relax and enjoy the view...or the wildlife. The large backyard is known to host everything from chipmunks and rabbits to bobcats and bears. This house is located less than 6 miles from downtown Pigeon Forge and 3 miles from Gatlinburg. There's a quiet table upstairs which makes a great workspace, and the WiFi is very strong here.brbrThis cabin is located in the upscale Cobbly Nob community, which includes 3 community pools. At the entrance to the community off 321, you'll find the Bent Creek Golf Course. The front 9 holes have tee times available most days, and reservations can be made online one week or less before you'd like to play. The back 9 holes are an adventurous mountain course, if you're up for a challenge. If you are traveling with children, there's a great playground located at the entrance located about a half mile up 321 from our entrance. Horseback riding stables, whitewater rafting, zip lines and the Anakeesta outdoor adventure hub are also nearby. The Gatlinburg Arts and Crafts community has an 8 mile arts and crafts driving loop with plenty of small, local shops specializing in almost everything imaginable; a trolley also runs through it. If you're driving through the Arts and Crafts Loop, be sure to check whether the buffalo are in the pasture near the road!brbrIt's about 10 miles to Gatlinburg down a nice 4 lane road; Ober Gatlinburg is nearby for winter skiing; drive through the Great Smoky Mountain National Park to enjoy vast, scenic vistas or take one of their many hiking trails for an enjoyable day in the woods. A book in the cabin has information on some of the great things to do and see in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.brbrFrom mid-November through January, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge are decorated for the Christmas celebration, and so is Bear's Nest!
