Bed linens, bath towels, beach towels and all shower essentials are provided. Our newly installed fiber optic high speed internet service will connect multiple devices. We have 5 smart TVs around the house for multiple viewing options. brbrClemson and Death Valley are only 13 minutes away as well as Seneca for multiple restaurant options. Clemson marina is a 10 minute drive from the house and offers rental pontoons and boats. It is a 20 minute boat ride back to the lake house. brbrEnjoy time together in the large, open-concept main floor or outside on the large upper covered deck, lower gazebo, fire pit, or dock. There is a 4 burner outdoor gas grill available for your use in the back yard. brbrOur house has 2 full kitchens stocked with everything you may need for a nice long getaway. Across the hall past a dual sink, full bath, is a king bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. Lake Hartwell water temperatures remain nice for swimming off the dock or kayaking in the cove all through October, and always fishing off the dock. Many other outdoor activities are available on day trips in the Sumter National Forest and in the nearby North Carolina mountains and National Forests. Two kayaks and a paddle board are available for your use, as well as life vests (9 adult, 3 youth, 2 child, 1 water wing (30-50#). brbrA nice gentle path with steps and safety railing access the quiet private dock where you can swim, launch the kayaks, secure your boat, or just spend time relaxing on the spacious deep-water dock. Just past our walkway sign on the path you enter Core of Engineer lands which surround all of Lake Hartwell and provide a private, secluded access area for your use. Typical summer water levels are normally 10-11' depth at the end of our dock at Hartwell full pool level of about 660'. Winter depths are less. The pool can be heated for an additional charge. brbrThis single-story home has been newly renovated to include a modern updated kitchen with lots of workspace and dedicated coffee bar.brbrThe kitchen overlooks the pool, deck and almost half mile view up the lake. It is the perfect place to entertain guests, while still being able to keep an eye on the kids in the pool (of course, kids should never swim unsupervised). The backyard is fenced in as well perfect for all your furry friends! brbrThere are 5 bedrooms total sleeping 18 guests in beds. Two have king beds, two have queen beds, and the fifth is the bunk room. It contains 4 bunk beds - two twin over twins, and two twin over fulls. brbrOut front, the lot is mostly level and covered in grass, perfect for a volley ball net or whatever. There is a large dock to tie your boat to, and a boat ramp on the property to launch and retrieve your boats or jet skis. Alternatively, the marina is only a couple hundred yards up the street, so is the Tiki Hut, a local bar and grill. However, it is private, so you'll need to get a membership in advance. brbrThere are many shops and unique restaurants right up the road. With Clemson University about 8 miles away, and even on game day, traffic is not bad from this direction. If the outdoors is for you there are quite a few hiking trials and waterfalls to visit in the nearby area. Comfortable, newly remodeled open plan house on Lake Keowee- south end -10 minute drive from Clemson's Death Valley or a paddle away from the Tiki Hut and Marina. Start your day with coffee on the spacious deck and end your day sipping a glass of wine watching the colors change on the lake. Great room opens to kitchen and dining room with wood burning fire place. Very large deck on main level accommodates a crowd and overlooks the lake. Gas grill on the deck. Master bedroom with king bed on main level opens to the deck. We love to wake up with sunlight, therefore the bedrooms have partly sheer curtains and are surrounded outside by trees. If you prefer windows totally covered for privacy or blackout shades for a good nights sleep- this might not be the house for you. Two bedrooms which share a large bath upstairs -each bedroom with private balconies. One guest room has two queen beds and the other guest room has a king bed. Full size game room on bottom floor equipped with TV and DVD, pool/ping pong table. Two single beds in the gameroom. Full bath and laundry facilities in the bottom floor/gameroom. No AC or heat in the gameroom but usually very comfortable temperature. Lake access by stairs- large open platform dock with assortment of floats. Nice quiet neighborhood!brThe house is on a steep lot with many, many steps to get to the lake- this may not be ideal for elderly.

Lake Keowee Cottage - a high-end luxury rental on the lake

This home was built for people who appreciate finer things. It begins with beautiful views on a point lot in the gated Sugar Hill community located on the southern end of Keowee. It is in close proximity to shops and restaurants in Seneca and a 20-25 minute drive to Clemson. The house is ~4000 square feet, but feels cozy, modern and simply amazing. It was completed in August 2018 and has luxury finishes, from Bastone Lagone wide plank floors, to Thermador appliances, to Serena and Lilly sheets, nugget ice maker, Lynx outdoor grill, Sony 4K TVs, Sonos music system, etc. You simply will not find anything like this on the lake. The home was designed for a large family or two couples and kids. There are two kings, one queen and one full bed upstairs. There are two full bunk beds in the basement along with an 85 TV, pool table and ping pong table. Enjoy the outdoors on the screened in porch with a large retractable door to the kitchen or eat outside on the patio. The lot has a gradual slope to the lake, no hiking between the dock and house. Available for rent is a 2020 21' Crest Tritune w/300hp Mercury Verado, please inquire if interested. This is not a party house and guests are asked to treat it like their own.
