You have unobstructed views of the water from the moment you leave your car. brbrAs you walk into the entry foyer, you will notice the open living, dining area, and the inlaid compass rose floor. Panoramic views of the large, yet very comfortable living/dining area greet you. New furniture in the living room complements the new wood flooring throughout the house. The entire house has been painted a light gray to maximize the natural light. Bright sunlight streams through the wall of windows and doors leading to an expansive outdoor patio. The living area is nicely divided into cozy conversation areas. There is a Smart TV in the main living area. A few steps takes you to an additional seating area overlooking the private yard. It is close to the activity, but far enough away to provide a nice retreat for quieter conversation. The dining area can easily accommodate everyone in your party. On the top floor you'll find an expansive great room with high ceilings, elegant design, and beautiful artwork.
