Beautiful house in quiet area yet very close to the clubhouse and beach. Scott the host was an exceptional communicator and we had a lovely week at Seabrook.

We had a fantastic stay at this cottage! The listing was 100% accurate, and the house was very clean and well maintained. It was a perfect location for two families with children to stay and be more than comfortable. The loft is great for kids of all ages, and it was great for them to have a space to call their own. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could possibly need, and there were plenty of towels for each bathroom to more than accommodate our crowd. A personal note about the owner, Scott: during our stay, there was a violent thunderstorm and the oak tree in front of the house was struck by lightning, fell into the driveway, and blocked one of our vehicles. Because it was so close to the house, the lightning also shorted out the Xfinity internet modem. Within an hour of the storm ending, Scott had a maintenance crew clearing the debris, and he personally delivered a new Xfinity modem - all on a Sunday afternoon of a holiday weekend. This type of attention and responsiveness was deeply appreciated and made an otherwise stressful situation very easy to weather. I cannot speak highly enough of this property or the owner, Scott. We will absolutely be staying here again when we come to Seabrook!

The property suited our needs well. The grandkids loved the “crows nest” and the adults were comfy in our rooms. We took advantage of all that Seabrook offers. The owner was very responsive when I had questions.

What a great place to get away! Lovely home, nicely appointed, beautiful surroundings! Our gang had a wonderful time here - it was charming and quiet and oh, so relaxing. Scott made everything about it seamless, from checking in and out to plenty of information and suggestions on what to do in the area and where to grab some good eats. Everything we needed was right there. Thank you for such an amazing getaway!

Our family (2 parents + 2 kids + 2 grandparents for part of the stay) had an amazing time at the Cobby Creek Cottage! It was the perfect set up for a small family with children. The kids loved the loft area and we all enjoyed biking around the island. Access to the Seabrook Island Club provided lots of entertainment as well! Scott was incredibly helpful before and during our stay and even upgraded a TV and the grill while we were there! We would love to return for another vacation!

I have been visiting Seabrook for years, and this is one of the more comfortable rentals I have booked. Scott was available and extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction! The downstairs beds were very comfortable, and household furniture was beautiful and updated. The home is less than a 5 minute drive to 9-walk beach access, and there are plenty of nice beach chairs available at the house. This was a great visit, and we will definitely book with Scott again!

We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for 2 adults and 3 children. We had lots of space! The kids enjoyed the bikes and board games. It was a short drive to the beach and to Freshfield Village where we ate dinner and went shopping. Would love to come back and wish we had been able to stay longer!!

We love staying in this neighborhood! Our kids adored the loft with all of the beds. Communication with property manager was great when we needed help finding the crib.

Our group of 6 friends/family (2 moms and 4 teens) had an amazing stay - the cottage was exactly as described/pictured. We made great use of the available bikes and the teens loved sleeping in the loft. The kitchen was nicely stocked and beds very comfortable. We loved the screened in porch for morning coffee. The house was clean and a great location to walk to the pool/ocean. This was our first time visiting Seabrook and the house and community did not disappoint! Communication with our host was easy, timely, and so helpful. We will be back!
