The entrance hall features high ceilings and a gorgeous chandelier. A bright table stands out against the white lapboard paneling and hewn bamboo flooring. Head into the great room where you are greeted by soaring ceilings with beams and fans, and a beautiful stone fireplace. Floor to ceiling windows offer views from every angle of the lush tropical landscape. There is a 42 HDTV/DVD player set in the shelves to one side of the fireplace. Custom shelves with a marble top grace the other side. Settle into the comfortable furnishings and enjoy the company of those you are traveling with. brbrStep into the dining area where you can gather for meals around the farm table that seats up to 10. In a separate room is a jetted tub and large walk in shower. The second bedroom on this floor also has a king size bed. The room has a 26” flat screen TV and attached full bath with a shower. Living room has queen size fold out couch. Villa has private screened porch with view of the marsh. Wildlife views are abundant. Great recreation for everyone in the family to enjoy. The villa has a private pool and the beach is a bike ride or short car ride (1.5mi). There are nature trails and bike trails all over the island. Villa has cable TV in all rooms, a DVD player, plus a washer and dryer. Linens and beach towels and chairs are provided. br*Please note our family manages the condo. Our main home is about 20 minutes away from Seabrook. We stock and oversee the cleaning on most occasions unless we are traveling with our children's sports. If you find something is missing for your stay please send us a message and we will be glad to provide. brWe are also not a brand new construction condo. We have made upgrades with furniture, flooring and new paint with regular deep cleaning. The artwork you'll enjoy seeing here is a unique collection that is personally picked by the homeowners during their extensive travels in the country and overseas. This home is lived in by the owner 10 months a year, it is well-furnished and well-maintained. brbrThe space:brbrThe pedestal houses a washer, a dryer, 6 beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach canopy that fits 6 people and a cooler.brAfter 16 steps up the front door, there's an entry deck, furnished with 2 Southern-style rocking chairs. Sitting on this deck provides a view of the golf course, the crooked Treeloft street, the circle and the pond across the street.brThe living area is furnished with seating for 5 people; a sofa, a recliner and a swivel chair. The fireplace is an electric heater. Above the antique Charlestonian fireplace mantel, a 54-inch smart TV is mounted on the wall. This TV is connected to a satellite dish with subscription to 190 channels.
