Nestled in the heart of Port Royal, you’re just a half-mile walk to the beach, wetlands trails, and local restaurants and bars, and only 5 minutes to Parris Island - the perfect mix of comfort, charm, and Lowcountry relaxation.brbrThe house is owned and managed by musicians and they use the front part of the house to teach a couple of acoustic guitar lessons just a few hours during the week. The entire guest suite in the back of the house is separate from the small studio in the front of the house and the entire back suite, the porch, and the large backyard are solely yours to enjoy!brbrThe guest suite features a private keypad entry in the back and offers 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a full bathroom with a double-headed shower. The primary bedroom has a king bed, while the second bedroom includes a trundle with 2 twin mattresses and a recliner chair. Each room has its own TV. The outdoor living space boasts a screened-in porch with seating, plus a patio with seating, grill, and fire pit! There’s no living room, but be sure to relax by the fire or grab your beach towels for a short walk to the nearby beach. Enjoy plenty of dining and drinks just steps from the house.brbrThe Sands Beach is the closest beach to The Little Sandpiper, just 0.5 miles away! This quaint sandy spot sits where Battery Creek meets the Beaufort River, with views of Parris Island. You’ll often find plenty of shark teeth, and you can even drive your car on the beach! Port Royal is a very walkable community, so you can stroll down the avenue to enjoy the local shops as well. Water shoes are recommended. The beach is right next to the Port Royal observation tower.
