Garage is also available for use if you need to store items such as kayaks, fishing poles, etc.

Renters must be 25 or older to reserve our property. Parties or groups above the occupancy are strictly forbidden. Neighbors will report to authorities.

There is room in the driveway to park 4 cars.

Per HOA Guidelines:
Absolutely no RV's, oversized vans, campers, boat trailers, other trailers or motorcycles are allowed to be parked in the driveway.

No street parking is allowed in Port Royal Landing to allow for emergency vehicle access.
