The master bedroom has a king size bed, with a private full bathroom and a sliding glass door that leads out to the screened porch. The second bedroom has 1 king bed and is located next to the second full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and shares the second bathroom. Each bedroom has its own television. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. The unit sleeps a maximum of 6 guests per HOA rules, no exceptions. brbrThe living room has a large HDTV, looks out unto the golf course and has sliding glass doors onto the screened in porch. brbrWe provide all linens, towels and some beach towels. We do not guarantee beach towels but try to keep them in the unit. We do not supply personal toiletry items.brbrThe kitchen is fully equipped and there is a full washer and dryer in the unit.
