NEW! Seagrass Retreat~Resort Access~Beach~Golf

We had such an amazing stay at this property! We had a tiny hiccup with the check-in process that the property manager and owner were quick to handle and respond to. The place is beautifully decorated and organized with perfect coastal and modern vibes. The location is not beachfront, but it is a great central spot to navigate to and from! The beds were VERY comfortable and cozy, which is often something that lacks in rentals like this. Everything in the kitchen drawers were labeled (a super bonus for us!), as well as labels on all of the lights and instructions on how to use the TV and lighting/fan remotes. The coffee selection and extra games to play were also much appreciated!Overall, they have really thought through on how to make this property a great guest experience. We look forward to staying here again soon on our next trip to Pawleys!

Seagrass is a beautiful Home/Condo. It is very spacious, clean place that has the amenities one would need to stay for any amount of time. The host has thought of everything one would need while there; laundry baskets in each room, towels and spare toothpaste & toothbrushes and much more. Enough supplies to get through the first few days and time for you to get to the stores for your remaining supplies needed for your stay. Very conveniently located nearby is a major food chain store and access to the beach is only a 3 minute drive. We loved our stay so much we are planning on a return trip in the very near future.

Our trip was last minute due to a family matter. We booked our trip on a Tuesday and traveled from Maryland to South Carolina on Thursday. This listing didn't have any reviews, so we took a huge chance based on the photos and location. We didn't have time to keep looking and discussing reviews, etc. We travel a lot, so our expectations are high!!!! This 4 bedroom condo was a 1st floor unit. It was clean inside and outside on the property. I will be specific, the kitchen is immaculate and has many great coffee selections. We really enjoyed the Espresso maker too. The bathrooms were clean and the towels and wash clothes were fluffy and bleach white. The bedrooms were spacious and clean, plus I really enjoyed the comfortable pillows. Each room has a television and they are all smart tv's. You can schedule your checkout on the tv's, so when you log into your Apps they automatically will log you out!!!!! That is a feature I never experienced. Parking is tight, but the over flow was empty. We only had two vehicles, so that wasn't bad. The neighborhood is well lit at night too. I wish I had time to enjoy the amenities, but we were there for other reasons. However, the neighborhood near the Food Lion which is only 3 minutes away had a Scarecrow Festival. We enjoyed that indeed. I would rent this home again!!!! Best two features was the screened in patio and separated Jack & Jill bedrooms. It felt like a separate apartments. The owners was gracious, kind, and friendly! Thank you!!!
