Updated and Best Ocean View Property

Fabulous location. We came for the seafood. We bought grouper and crab and cooked ourselves. The only thing we miss from the northeast, besides family, is the availability of fresh seafood.

Nicely appointed condo with a great view. Amenities are terrific.

We loved the place and fell in love with Pawleys Island. The place was being updated, but the stay was great and the people were very friendly.

Excellent location with a great view right on the beach. Clean and comfortable unit with elevator access (4th floor). Beautiful and safe neighborhood that is walkable. I highly recommend it and am already planning my next stay!

Room was clean, wonderful view of the ocean.The unit was had miminal utensils, but we did fine. The one thing I would address was the internet service to stream television, that was very difficult as it kept buffering and slow to process a request.

We had a great time. Litchfield by the Sea was beautiful and we had fun exploring Pawley’s Island and nearby Georgetown and Murrell’s Inlet.

Fabulous condo unit and wonderful communication with the property owner. Very updated condo and had everything you would need for a beach trip. We cooked in the unit and it was well stocked. Location to the beach and the onsite amenities were amazing.

We had a wonderful stay! Loved the beautifulocean view and kids couldn’t get enough of the lazy river. The condo was very clean. We would definitely go back!

Long week end away. Enjoyed our time.Surprised no WiFi. In unit. Husband physician and he was fortunately able to use I phone to connect. No other issues. Unit very clean and beautiful view of the ocean.

Very nice renovated condo. Lacked closet/storage space, which forced us to have suitcases in the family room. Galley layout from exterior to bedroom to kitchen to living space. No washer/dryer in unit but community facilities available. Lazy river, pool and beach access were perfect.

Super location with 4th floor view of the pool and beach. Plenty of room for a couple and would think a family of 4 (young children - 2) would also be able to manage in this well equipped room. There isn't a long wait on an elevator at any time of the day. The grounds of the resort are well kept and very pretty. The property owner is very accessible and is a good communicator.

Lovely, well-supplied condo with an awesome view of pool and beach. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Bridgewater is part of a large gated community. Very well landscaped and nice scenery. Grocery store close by. Visit Murrells Inlet for great seafood and boardwalk on the Marsh.

Beautiful condo and the owner was extremely helpful when I had a question at the front desk. He was very responsive and extremely helpful! The beach was wonderful and we had an amazing time!

A mother daughter getaway and thus unit was perfect for us! Host Ed was so nice and helpful! Would stay again!

Everything was very nice and comfortable. My only complaint is that housekeeping did not clean the floors very well. When we arrived there was obvious dirt, dust and sand under living room furniture but ovrall the property was nice.

We loved our stay here! We are close to everything we need. The unit is beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely try to rent this unit for future visits!

Images reflected property exactly! Beautiful view, very clean, and we’ve stayed in many units at this location previously and this unit is very lovely! Beds are a bit firm, so bring a topper if you like a softer sleep, but no complaints, we really enjoyed our stay and would book again!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The views of the ocean are beautiful. The convenience of having the pool and beach just steps outside can’t be beat!! Great communication with Ed, he was very helpful and had great recommendations!
