The balcony on the building at the back of the property belongs to another unit. You will have your own private drive on the front right of the house. This is the gate that you can enter and leave from. When arriving, you will need to park here and go through the gate. Immediately to you left is the door to your apartment . You will have your own pass code for the key less lock to enter the unit. The unit is connected to the main house and is not in the back shed with the balcony.
