Welcome to this delightful, 2nd floor condo unit in Pawleys Plantation Golf Resort. This charming property features 2 bedrooms with a king bed and 2 separate full beds in the second bedroom, perfect for a small group of guests or family. With amenities like heating, AC, a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and WiFi, your stay will be comfortable and convenient. Enjoy all that Pawleys Island has to offer when you stay at our place. We are located right on the 11th green of the Pawleys Plantation Golf Club. There is a full kitchen with all the dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc. Also there TV's in every room with screening available for Netflix, etc. We are an easy 2 mile drive to the amazing Pawleys Island beach and there's a very close by swimming pool from April to the end of Sept. The area has a lot to offer for entertainment, and watching folks on the 11th hole was fun! Our pup was allowed in the condo, so that was a bonus, and she loves sitting outside at the clubhouse restaurant, where the food is delicious!

We use the unit as a remote work/vacation space. It was close enough for nightly dinning out and beach access. Clean. Very clean. Quiet. Very nice to walk the golf course before or after golf time. Great restaurants near by. Great communications with VRBO mgr
