The living area opens onto the large deck with tables, chairs, and a gas grill. There is a smart TV in the living area. The dining area has a table for 6 with 3 bar stools at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cookware, dishes, etc. for preparing your favorite meals. There is a half bath on this floor. Corn hole boards are provided by the owner as well as some board games. brbrThe three bedrooms and 2 baths are located on the top floor. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and master bath. The house is fully cleaned and sanitized between guests for your safety. The house is in a peaceful quiet neighborhood only 1.5 blocks to the beach (so no driving to the beach and paying to park or getting your car full of sand) with lots of privacy in the backyard which backs up to dunes. The back patio outside the kitchen has a barbecue grill and tables and chairs to dine al fresco.
