FLOHOM 17 | Selah, Sailor is equipped with indoor and outdoor noise monitoring sensors to measure decibel levels, but these are not active listening or recording devices.brbr Occupancy Limit brThe maximum number of overnight guests is four, and the total number of people on board at any one time is limited to ten, as enforced by the marina. Failure to comply with this rule could jeopardize our ability to operate within the marina.brbr Parties & Events brParties and events are prohibited. We welcome small gatherings to celebrate special occasions, such as hosting friends or family for dinner, as long as you respect our quiet hours and adhere to the occupancy limit. Please notify us in advance if you plan to host a gathering so we can inform the marina and ensure that our team is aware of any non-overnight guests accessing the private marina.brbr No Smoking Policy brSmoking (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the boat, on the front and back decks, and within 20 feet of the entrance. Smoking is permitted only on the rooftop and docks, provided it’s done at least 20 feet from the entrance. Guests must leave no trace of smoking paraphernalia. Violating this policy may result in a cleaning fee of up to $500 to restore the space to a smoke-free condition.brbr Decorations brThird-party decoration vendors are not permitted. However, we offer curated decoration packages, and our concierge team can work with you to create custom packages based on your needs. This policy ensures our space is well-maintained, the appropriate materials are used, and excessive cleaning is avoided, preventing disruptions to other guests’ reservations. While the water is tempting, this rule is in place to ensure the safety of all guests and avoid accidents or injuries.brbr Rooftop Safety brPlease refrain from leaning or standing on the rooftop railings. While the rooftop offers stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere, exercising caution is essential to prevent accidents or falls.brbr Dock Lines brFor the safety of FLOHOM 17 | Selah, Sailor and its mooring, guests are asked not to adjust the dock lines. Our dedicated concierge team or marina staff are available to assist if needed. Should you notice an issue with the dock lines, please contact us, and we will promptly resolve the situation.brbr Doors and Windows brPlease close all sliding doors and windows when leaving the boat to ensure security and prevent damage from the elements.
