Our Golf Villa/Condo is in the Ironwood subdivision and is only a few steps to the pool ( Ironwood has the largest pool of any of the condo subdivisions). Adjacent to the pool you will find tennis/pickle ball courts, beach volleyball and a basketball court for the use of Ironwood guests only.brIf you prefer to relax at the beach, our condo is a short 3-5 minute car ride away. During the peak season months, there is a free Barefoot Resort Community Shuttle Bus that picks guests up the Ironwood Pool and shuttles hourly back and forth to and from the beach. This is also only steps away from your front door.brYou will also have access to the largest ionized pool on the Grand Strand which is situated on the Intracoastal Waterway located at the Barefoot Yacht Club/Marina. Just finished renovating this light, bright and stylish condo just a few yards from the beach. This well deserved retreat has just had a total overhaul. . .from faucets to floors, lights to linens, TVs to tubs and everything in between! The paint is fresh, the furniture and mattresses are comfy and new, and no expense was spared in making this your new happy place. Take a look at the sleek new satin matte black appliances, the shiny new granite countertops and the deep bowl stainless sink in the well appointed kitchen, which has everything from utensils, pots and pans, knives, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, kid's plates and utensils, cutting boards, a Keurig coffee maker and even some tea and a teapot! There's aloe gel in the fridge too, just in case you lose track of time on the sunny, spacious and beautiful beach. And did I mention the beach towels and beach chairs that are included for your use Bed and bath linens are already on the beds and in the bathrooms, as well as an initial supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent . . . the list goes on and on! Just make sure to bring your swimsuit, flip flops and toothbrush, because those are on the small list of the things we DON'T supply! PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A THIRD FLOOR UNIT and we do not have an elevator, so be prepared to use the condo version of the StairMaster. Please keep this in mind if you have physical limitations. (I try to think of it as justification for the latest flavor of ice cream I get at Melt on Main Street, pretty much every day I'm on vacation. . . BTW, their banana pudding ice cream is delicious!) Being further north, the 5600 block of North Ocean Blvd. brings a little more peace and quiet to your vacation and your time at the beach. You're still close to supermarkets, shopping and some really good restaurants. The local grocery store/food market is about 7-8 minutes away, while the bigger chain stores are a quick 10-12 minutes by car. Make sure to try out the freshly caught seafood at the nearby market. . . you can cook it yourself at the condo (don't forget, there are grills by the pool and picnic tables too!) or they'll prepare it for you so you can have a vacation from cooking as well. Try chilling on the balcony, while you watch the lights start twinkling on in the houses across the way, as the sun sets and night falls in Cherry Grove. It's a wonderful place to unwind, relax, and make forever beach memories with family and friends.

We have a large, open floor plan with a huge kitchen that has two refrigerators, granite countertops, and eight bar stools. In the dining area, there are two pub style dining tables that seat 12. The main floor has two couches, two cozy chairs and a 65-inch HDTV. The villa has two bedrooms on the main floor (en suite master with two queen beds and second bedroom with king bed) with two bathrooms. The second floor has six bedrooms, all with king beds, and three bathrooms. The second floor also has a large den area with two sofas and a 55-inch HDTV. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer. brbrOn site, we have a shared elevator, pool, hot tub, and several outdoor charcoal grills with a picnic table for our guests to use. There is a large private balcony on both levels with seating to enjoy the views and sounds of North Myrtle Beach.brbrAdditional amenities include a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee pots, toaster, blenders, water pitchers, two slow cookers, casserole dishes, mixing bowls and more.
