Newly Renovated Family/Golf Condo in Myrtle Beach

Our Newly Updated, 2 Bedroom/2 Bath, Golf Villa/Condo is perfectly located in the prestigious Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach offering accessibility to all of your vacation needs. The condo, which sleeps 4 to (6- air mattress), comes generously equipped with everything necessary for you and your family or golf foursome to fully enjoy your getaway! From a fully equipped kitchen to bed linens and towels to beach supplies and athletic equipment so you can take full advantage of all that our home has to offer. Our Golf Villa/Condo is in the Ironwood subdivision and is only a few steps to the pool ( Ironwood has the largest pool of any of the condo subdivisions). Adjacent to the pool you will find tennis/pickle ball courts, beach volleyball and a basketball court for the use of Ironwood guests only.
If you prefer to relax at the beach, our condo is a short 3-5 minute car ride away. During the peak season months, there is a free Barefoot Resort Community Shuttle Bus that picks guests up the Ironwood Pool and shuttles hourly back and forth to and from the beach. This is also only steps away from your front door.
You will also have access to the largest ionized pool on the Grand Strand which is situated on the Intracoastal Waterway located at the Barefoot Yacht Club/Marina. You can drive, shuttle or even walk to this pool. Relax poolside with a drink or stop in to the restaurant on site. The marina also offers Jet Ski rentals for fun on the Intercoastal Waterway.
Golf you ask There are four championship golf courses on the property to challenge your handicap. Barefoot also has a world class practice facility, a one minute drive from your condo. Save hundred's per golfer by avoiding the costly bundled packages, instead of paying $100+ per night lodging each for your golf package, split the cost of this condo between all golfers and save the cash to spend on golf! If your group is larger than a foursome ask about the possibility of renting the adjoining condo as well to keep your group together(subject to availability, please ask for details)
The kitchen will come fully stocked for any needs you may have to prepare and serve your own meals, there are also charcoal barbecue grills in the Ironwood complex if you prefer to cook outside. The dining area seats up to 6 people for any meals, card games or family fun. We have recently added a breakfast bar area as well so up to 8 people can enjoy dining comfortably. Our first floor condo means no climbing stairs with groceries or beach supplies!
A big screen cable TV and wireless internet are available for all of your entertainment needs in the comfy family area. You can also enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage in the newly carpeted, ceiling fanned, screened in Lanai overlooking a pond with turtles and ducks.
The master bedroom has a king size bed (which we can convert into two XL twin size beds at a renter's request), a walk-in closet and a private bath. If you enjoy watching TV while relaxing in bed, this bedroom has a 50 inch Smart flat screen.
The second bedroom has two twin size beds, and also has a cable TV. There is another bathroom located in the hallway. There is also a new stackable washer/dryer in the hall closet for your convenience.
There are 3 restaurants located on the Barefoot property so you never have to leave the complex if you don’t want to. You can dine at Putters Pub located at the practice facility which features great brick oven pizza, or you can choose to dine at the Marina restaurant overlooking the Barefoot marina or if you prefer greener vistas the Barefoot clubhouse restaurant has great golf views.
But why limit yourself. Barefoot Landing is just across the intercoastal waterway and offers over 100 shops, restaurants, and attractions such as The House of Blues or Alabama Theater. You can drive, shuttle or even walk to this fantastic outdoor area that offers tons of family fun, 20+ restaurants and weekly fireworks (in season).
The Myrtle Beach area offers many places for family fun including Broadway at the Beach, The Myrtle Beach Skywheel, Ripleys Aquarium, The Big M Casino boat and much more, all within a 15 minute drive from Barefoot.
In town for a baseball or softball tournament We are minutes from North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports Complex.
