Regardless, we offer beach towels, beach chairs/toys, and a beach wagon for our guests to use at the beach. brbrThis home away from home features an open living space with dining area, kitchen, laundry room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, enclosed sunroom & open deck. The home has been updated and is decorated in cool coastal colors throughout. brbrThe living room and dining room (table for six) looks out to the fabulous sun room. This spacious area offers 50 flat screen HD/Roku TV. brbrThe Master Bedroom offers a recently remodeled bathroom (see picture), queen size bed, 40 HD/Roku TV and opens to a spacious & bright sunroom. brbrThe other additional bedrooms share a second bath. One guest room features twin/full/twin trundle bed. The additional twin bed is stored underneath the lower bed (full) that is rolls out for anyone to use. A great addition if visiting with children! The other guest room features queen size bed, 24HD/Roku TV, and opens to an outside deck that leads down to the secluded yard. It's heat-able with an extra charge for propane, swimming pool, chaise loungers, and charcoal grill. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. On 2nd floor: Master BR King has a private balcony for coffee and sunrise or cocktails at sunset. The other two bedrooms are a King and a Queen which share the hall bathroom. The 3rd floor loft has a Queen bed and 2 twins, which will also share the 2nd floor hall bathroom. In addition, the home is approx. 50 yds from the beach- making beach access quick. (Nice, clean/family beach.) Walk 2-3 blocks North and you are at the front beach restaurant area! If you are looking to fish, you may fish from Breech Inlet Bridge (4 blocks away) or our Dock which is nearby. There's a long fishing pier at Mt. Pleasant Waterfront Park- but here is a small fee to fish there. Put your boat/jet skis in at the Isle of Palms Marina- 5 minutes away. While at Marina pop into Islander 71 Fish House & Deck Bar and enjoy the beautiful water views. Two world class golf courses can be found a few miles away at Wild Dunes Resort. There are tons of activities in and around the area-shopping, dining, art, historical downtown Charleston, the Market, fishing charters, festivals, water parks, amazing restaurants, etc. Amenities: Fridge & stand alone ice maker, coffee pot, Keurig, microwave, toaster, oven, blender, cable, charcoal grill, wireless internet access, washer/dryer, iron/board.
