The living room features comfortable seating with a 65'' flat screen TV. The dining room table seats 10, with an additional 4 at the kitchen counter. The living and dining areas are backed by floor to ceiling windows that run along the exterior of the home providing natural light and easy access to the expansive outdoor porches. Recently added, a new screened patio is an ideal spot for outdoor dining with table seating for ten and a comfortable place to enjoy warm summer afternoons. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a white subway tile back splash. A separate beverage station in the kitchen provides extra refrigerator space.brbrAlso, located on the first floor, just off the living room, is the master bedroom which is furnished with a king bed, TV and en suite bathroom. The master bath has a stand up shower as well as a jetted tub. The upper unit features a stocked kitchen, dining area, spacious living room, and sun room. Primary bedroom has king bed and ensuite bathroom. The additional bedrooms, one room with queen bed and another with two twin beds, both share a full bathroom. The lower unit has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bathroom. Each level has a full sized washer and dryer. The multiple living spaces have smart TV's with cable.brbrThis home is located at 3 25th Avenue on the beautiful Isle of Palms, South Carolina.
