Named after BellevueSyrene, the 5-star hotel in Sorrento, Italy overlooking the Gulf of Naples, this beachfront home boasts amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean the minute you walk through the front door. Your most difficult decision will be where to sit to enjoy the view! This house, located at 3304 Palm Blvd., was built for the ultimate family vacation. There are hardwood floors throughout the house, Sonos sound system both inside and out and unobstructed views of the ocean!!! The large family room, equipped w/60' flat screen smart TV, large sectional and swivel rockers, card table and fireplace has french doors that open to the screened porch overlooking the ocean. There are board games and a lending library for your use. The equally spacious kitchen is equipped with marble countertops, an expansive island w/5 bar stools, 48 gas range and, of course, ocean views. A dining table for 10 will accommodate your party should you choose to eat indoors. Also on the first floor is a walk-in pantry for your groceries, powder room and a laundry room with an extra refrigerator, beach towels and laundry supplies. brYou will be hard pressed to decide the best feature of the first floor Master. Will it be the ocean views you can enjoy from the king size bed Or the fact that you can walk out of the bedroom to the screened porch in the morning to hear the waves Or will it be the convenience of the marble walk in shower with the rain shower head The bathroom has his and hers vanities and there is a walk in closet. brNeed a second master bedroom No problem as there is a King bedroom upstairs with beautiful ocean views and a bathroom with a walk-in marble shower, granite counter and double vanity. Bedroom 3 has 2 Queen beds, beautiful ocean views and a bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower, granite counters and dual sinks. Bedrooms 4 and 5 face the front of the house and each is home to a set of bunk beds and a twin bed. Bedroom 4 has an attached bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower and granite countertop. In addition there is a hall bath with a tub/shower and granite countertop. Of course there are flat screen smart TVs in all the rooms w/Netflix available.brDo you have kids that want their own space The second floor den has a 50 smart TV, sleeper sofa and bean bag chairs. It also opens up to the top deck which has lounge chairs, a love seat and panoramic ocean views. It's a great spot to watch the sunrise with your morning coffee. brThe screened back porch runs the length of the house. It houses a daybed (perfect for napping), lounge chairs and love seat, teak rockers and a teak dining table. It's a great spot for listening to the ocean and watching the waves roll in. brPrefer to hang out poolside There are lounge chairs in the sun and lounge chairs, bar stools, a teak dining table and gas grill in the covered loggia area. There is a TV by the bar so you don't have to choose between swimming and watching your favorite show. The Sonos sound system works by the pool as well. For your convenience, there is a bathroom under the steps and 3 outdoor showers (2 enclosed)-all with hot water. And there are lights in the showers should you wish to shower under the stars! brThe ocean is just steps away out the back door! The beach access is to the left of the house. The beach is rarely crowded, the water is warm and there is plenty of room to play bocci so bring your set! There are several beach chairs and umbrellas at the house for your use and a bag of sand toys for the kids. The big back yard has plenty of space to play corn hole (provided), toss frisbee, play football-bring your gear! brWith grand outdoor spaces on 3 levels there are plenty of opportunities for someone to 'find their own private time' and for everyone to congregate together.
