Pet Friendly! 3 Bedroom, Raised Beach Home Two Blocks From The Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was really great. Beautiful and well kept. The yard, however, Is a different story. It has not been taken care of. The leaves are 3 inches thick. My small dog would get lost in them. There was also various pieces of garbage around the yard, in the leaves.

The house is clean, spacious, comfortably furnished, and well-supplied, and the cable TV is a bonus. The heat and hot water worked well. The kitchen is well-equipped but you'll need to bring all the basics like salt & pepper and cooking oil. We especially like the location -- very close to the beach, and walking distance from the grocery store, restaurants, and coffee shops (especially Cafe Paname). The only downside is some traffic noise from Palm Blvd. There is a sheltered place to store bicycles, easily accessible but out of sight. Our dog can safely stay out on the porch without being able to escape into the street.We were fortunate that the warm December weather allowed us to walk around and see all the Christmas decorations.

Great location! House needs some updating. The layout is a little strange downstairs. The house was clean. I will never use VRBO again. Same house was cheaper on a reality site.

It was just steps from the sand and close to all the coastal charm you’d want. The fact that it was dog-friendly made it even more ideal for our family getaway.The home itself was thoughtfully furnished and met all of our needs. Bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were functional and clean. The screened-in porch was a standout feature, offering a peaceful retreat from the ever-present summer mosquitoes and definitely a bonus in the Lowcountry humidity!The kitchen was stocked with the basics for cooking, which worked fine for simple meals, but a refresh or update in that area would really elevate the space. Our only real concern was the lack of a fenced yard with the house being so close to Palm Blvd (which sees a lot of car traffic), a secure outdoor space for pets would have provided peace of mind.Overall, this home was a great fit for a relaxed beach vacation, and we’d happily return, especially if future updates include a few more dog-friendly safety features.

The property was pretty close to the description on the website. The only negative remark I would have is that the House/Property could have been a lot cleaner. The next time we rent I will bring this to their attention after checking in and reviewing the House/Property. Best Restaurant on the Island was the Acme Low Country Kitchen. Food was excellent!!

Both of our grown children came down, with their dog, and 1 grandson with his mother and it was truly enjoyable to be there with the kids. Had a very good time.

This house was perfect for my family & in-laws. House is a little dated but for price & proximity to the beach/bridge this didn’t bother us. Appliances all worked perfectly, kitchen well stocked, linens clean & comfortable, had everything we needed. Will definitely book again.

The company could do a better job of cleaning- the floors were black when wiping with a towel and there was a dirty dish in the sink. Otherwise, fine stay and nice weekend.

We enjoyed the location and that you allowed pets. However, the kitchen could have been stocked with staples like salt, pepper, and coffee filters. Overall, it was a good stay.

Perfect location and 🏡. Can not say enough about this management team. They went above and beyond any VRBO I have ever booked . Had one issue with the internet, called them, they transferred me once to maintenance and the gentleman was so patient and told me exactly what to do to reset it . Honestly will not book anywhere in this area without using this management company . The house had extras of everything we needed and literally anything we needed was in a short walking distant . Super pet friendly! Do wish beautiful big yard was fenced due to my work situation with Helene . The beach being a two minute walk and the huge screened porch made us not really even need a fenced yard. It was not advertised with one so I still give it a 10 out of 10 and plan to stay at this house , again in the future❤️

The neighborhood is super cute and the proximity to the beach (2 blocks) and coffee/restaurants was amazing! We appreciated the beach cart provided as well to help lug items to the beach. The home overall needs an update including the furniture.
