Courtside is next to the world famous Van Deer Meer tennis center and 1.5 blocks from the beach (5 to 7 minute walk). Guests at Courtside have access to Tennis Court time at Van Der Meer Tennis Center located adjacent to the property. The court time is free and based on availability and may be limited to 1 hour per day. This community has 2 on site pools and unit #62 overlooks one of them plus a peaceful lagoon with a fountain. Parking is directly in front of each condo, with additional spaces surrounding the building. Courtside is located in South Forest Beach, just 1/2 mile from Coligny Plaza which includes numerous shops, restaurants and a grocery store.
