This four bedroom, three and a half bathroom is located in Sea Pines and can sleep up to 13 guests. It is just a few minutes walk away from the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island. This home features all of the updates you would want plus a private pool to splash around in! brbrDirectly off the living room, you have access to the elevated porch. On the porch, you will find a gas grill and an outdoor table for up to six, plus additional seating options throughout the porch. brbrLooking to cool off Take the steps down to the large private pool (no heating available). There are seating options sprinkled around the pool. Neither the pool or spa are able to be heated. brbr1st Floor:brbrThe living room is just off the entryway and a perfect spot for the family to gather with plenty of seating and a large, flat screen television. brbrThe kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a Thermador gas range. There is a breakfast area that can seat up to four and direct access to the porch that leads to the private pool. The laundry room is just past the entrance to the kitchen. The formal dining room that can seat up to ten.
