I provide an electric leaf blower to assist with blowing off the deck if needed. The outdoor table and furniture is power cleaned every 2-3 months and I do my best to keep this brand new furniture is top condition. There will be occasions on your arrival that the outdoor table and chairs will require a quick wipe down prior to use and the deck might need to be cleared with the leaf blower. The landscaping surrounding this house is extensive and as such, there is a lot of wildlife in Palmetto Dunes. I kindly ask as part of your rental time to be cognizant of open doors and sliders around the house, the wildlife does and can enter the house, especially if there is fresh food on the counters!brbrPlease note, the windows in this house do not open.
