Stayed Mar 22, 2025The property is exactly as stated in the description. Best fully stocked kitchen we have ever had for a rental. You do not need to bring anything. Accomodations were perfect for 8 adults. The pool/spa were awsome! Definately plan on returning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect rental!

Stayed Nov 24, 2024We spent thanksgiving here with our family as we do every year. There was some debate about whether this was our best rental ever. We were really pleased that the hot tub heated well on the cooler nights. You won’t be disappointed in this rental

Stayed Nov 2, 2024House was good and the resort of Palmetto Dunes never disappoints. Fair walk from house to nearest beach access made easier if you have a bike of course. Family had fun and would do it again.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024Owners are great!! House is nice but shows that it has been rented out a lot the last 10 years! The Kitchen has everything you need and more, nice outside grill. Plus they have a bunch of pool and beach toys (Chairs and floats) Parking with 3 cars is a pain and trying to get a car in and out of the garage is not fun.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024We were so pleased with this property. The house is gorgeous and better than the pictures. Joe was easy to work with and always responded quickly to any questions throughout the whole process. The upstairs was great for kids and everyone had plenty of room. Kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely look at this house again in the future.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024The house was a perfect size for us and our extended family. Access to the garage and second fridge was huge for us to store golf clubs, bikes and beach equipment which we don’t normally get with a rental. The house was well equipped and everything was clean and orderly.

Stayed Mar 23, 2024Loved this home, the location in Palmetto Dunes and Hilton Head in general! The home was the perfect setup for 3 couples and 5 cousins as everyone has their own space. We spent tons of time in the heated pool and beautiful backyard. Loved it!

Stayed Nov 19, 2023House was bigger/nicer than expected. Awesome backyard...Adults/kids loved the hot tub & pool combo. Beach was a short walk away. Joe was very easy to deal with. We would highly recommend this property!
